A Cocktail recipe from Chef Charlie Palmer

Bloody Mary
From Charlie Palmer
    

2 oz Vodka
1/4 t Dijon mustard
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Dollop Horseradish (canned)
1/8 t Sriracha sauce
1/4 oz Cocktail onion brine
To taste Salt
To taste Fresh ground pepper
Splash Lemon juice
Splash Lime juice

Pour all ingredients into pint glass with ice.  Shake vigorously. 
Garnish with pepperoncini and two cocktail onions.
