Also, the winners of the CAPTURE DOWNTOWN! photo competition were honored by Mayor Carolyn Goodman and City Manager Betsy Fretwell and the winning photos were hung in the Historic Fifth Street School's gallery for that evening. We'll let you know where they land next.
